The Snyder Group rocks!  Here is one of many examples:  I was buying one of my investment properties through HUD.  The Western title didn't seem to get the process moving.  They kept saying the demands were not in although we had been waiting over 4 weeks!   I was not happy at all, and I did express my feelings to the Snyder Group:-).  They called the utility companies and forward them to Western title.  Guess what?  It was done in 45 minutes!!!  Just this alone, the Snyder Group team is worth my recommendation.
